30-Day Return Policy – Automotive Parts Only

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Parts can be returned even if they have been installed, as long as the part itself is not damaged.

  • You must provide receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return:
Contact us at yh13073088191@163.com with your order number, part name, and reason for return. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect all parts within 48 hours of delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Parts that require programming (BCM, ABS pumps, throttle bodies)

  • Safety-related parts (airbags, seat belts, brake components)

  • Custom-ordered or modified parts

  • Fluids, lubricants, refrigerants

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items (final sale)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the last item of your order. Please note that this 14-day period includes weekends and public holidays.

2. Return Request Process

  • Condition of Returned Goods: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, with complete original packaging, and include all original accessories and tags.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping shall be borne by you (the customer) . We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and retain your proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your return.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund Timeline: We will process your refund within 30 calendar days from the day we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they are in compliance with the return conditions.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Please note that the standard shipping fee you originally paid for your order will not be refunded. We will only refund the price of the goods themselves.
