Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery time varies based on your location and selected shipping method:

Shipping Cost

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to your email after shipment. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting the carrier's website.
If you do not see tracking updates within 5 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Important – Automotive Parts
Please inspect your package upon delivery:

Before signing: If the outer box shows obvious damage, take photos and either refuse delivery or note "package damaged" when signing.

After delivery: Open and inspect the part within 48 hours to check for damage or correct fitment.

Report any issues within 48 hours with photos.
We cannot accept damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.
Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot predict the exact amount.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to provide customs information, the original shipping cost and any handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
Failed Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer

No one available to sign or pick up the package

Refusal to accept the package (unless due to our error)
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees and re-shipping fees.
Lost / Delayed Packages

If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us.

For lost packages, carriers typically require 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international) before a lost claim can be filed.

Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
