⚠️ Note: This is a post-DPF particulate matter (soot) sensor, not a NOx sensor or exhaust pressure sensor. It directly measures soot concentration after the diesel particulate filter to monitor efficiency and control regeneration cycles.

Function: Installed in the exhaust aftertreatment system downstream of the DPF, the sensor continuously sends real-time particulate data to the ECU. This helps optimize regeneration timing, reduce DPF clogging, and maintain emissions compliance in heavy-duty diesel systems.
