⚠️ Note: This is a post-DPF particulate matter sensor, not a NOx sensor or exhaust pressure sensor. It measures soot concentration after the diesel particulate filter to monitor efficiency and manage regeneration cycles.
Function: Installed in the exhaust aftertreatment system downstream of the DPF, the sensor continuously measures particulate emissions and sends data to the ECU to optimize regeneration, detect filter efficiency loss, and maintain emissions compliance.
