⚠️ Note: This is a post-DPF particulate matter (soot) sensor, not a NOx sensor or exhaust pressure sensor. It measures soot concentration after the diesel particulate filter to monitor efficiency and control regeneration cycles.

Function: Installed downstream of the DPF, the sensor continuously sends particulate readings to the ECU/PCM over CAN communication. This allows precise regeneration control, helps detect DPF blockage early, and ensures emissions compliance in modern diesel systems.
